Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Ambiance Design. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we have created a return policy to ensure you still have a positive shopping experience. Below you will find all important information regarding returning your product.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days after receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all included accessories and manuals.

  • The return form must be fully completed and included in the return package.

Return Procedure

Follow the steps below to request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@ambiance-design.com to request the return form.

  2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging so it is properly protected during transport.

  3. Send the package back to the return address (China / Asia) stated on the return form. Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  4. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for your own records.

Please note: If you return the order 14 days after receiving the return form, we are not obligated to refund the full amount.

Return Shipping Costs

If the reason for return is the customer’s responsibility (such as ordering the wrong product or changing your mind), the return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The exact costs depend on the carrier chosen by the customer.

If the return is due to our responsibility (such as a damaged or incorrectly delivered product), we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • The refund includes the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs.

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Excluded Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These exceptions will always be stated on the product page.
