Shipping and Returns

Processing Time:
Orders placed before 8:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days.

 

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. This allows you to easily follow your order and see when to expect delivery.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at Support@ambiance-design.com for further instructions on returning your order. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
